Zest Bakery & Deli
Zest opens in July 2010 and they have a twitter account as well: @zestbakery. Obviously, I haven't been there but look forward to going sometime in the future. A little far away so if you get there before me leave a comment!

Mariposa has breads, cakes, pizzas, brownies, biscotti, sandwiches, and the list goes on. I go here regularly! Many of their items are also dairy-free and nut-free.
Good Chemistry Baking
I just found out about Good Chemistry today so I have not visited them yet. They've opened recently and it looks like their menu will continue to expand. If you've been there, leave a comment and let everyone know how you liked it!
